Kids Boxing Class
(Ages 4–7) – 30 Minutes
Our Kids Boxing class is a fun and high-energy 30 minute session designed specifically for young children ages 4 to 7. In this class, kids are introduced to the basics of boxing through age-appropriate drills, games, and movement activities.
Emphasis is placed on coordination, balance, listening skills, and body awareness all in a playful and supportive environment. No contact or sparring, just learning the fundamentals while having a blast!


Youth Boxing Class
(Ages 8–14) – 1 Hour
Our Youth Boxing class is a dynamic 60-minute training session designed for ages 8 to 14. This class teaches fundamental boxing technique, footwork, defense, and conditioning in a structured yet motivating environment. Students work on pads, bags, and agility drills. This class helps kids build real boxing skills while supporting personal growth.
