PRIVATE TRAINING
Private training is built into our memberships because Technique is EVERYTHING, regardless of whether you’re training to fight in the ring or just in it for the killer workout.
Precision over power and timing over speed.
Private sessions are fully customizable and depend on YOU and your personal goals. Ranging from boxing fundamentals, sparring, physical therapy, basic or advanced weight training, mobility, & beyond- you can work it out with your trainer and design a program that's right for you. But trust, you'll be able to level up your game no matter what.
GROUP SESSIONS
We know fitness is not a one-size-fits-all concept. We mix it up with Boxing fundamentals, HIIT circuits, plyometrics, resistance & weight training, agility & conditioning. Skill levels vary in each class so be prepared to lace up, learn something new, push yourself, and have a damn good time.
